The wine has spent at least 12 months in French and American oak vats.


BOTTLING PROCESS and WINE AGEING
Natural stabilization of wine performed in barrels. A smooth filtration will be done along the bottle filling process with. Ageing in the bottle over a period of 6 months

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Clean. Brilliant.

Colour: Black-cherry colour with dark garnet hues at the edge. Well covered.

Bouquet: On the nose it reflects the perfect ripeness of its grapes. Intensive clean smell. Aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry, currant
Taste: Pleasant, powerful and well balanced. Very soft tannins. Long, persistent, with hints of ripe red fruit.
